ANA filed amendment to its Conditions of Carriage (International Passenger and Baggage) to the Government to add sup-paragraph to clarify the procedure for passenger's reservations when the necessary personal data required by applicable laws is not registered by the time limit specified by ANA effective from January 1st, 2011.

Article 8 RESERVATIONS
|
(E) Cancellation of Reservations made by ANA
(3) ANA may cancel all of or a portion of Passenger's reservation which does not include necessary personal data by the time limit specified by ANA, in accordance with Applicable Laws of any countries concerned such as countries to be flown from, into or over.
