ANA will abolish refund charge for tickets issued on/after April 1st, 2011.
(*) Refund charge JPY1,000 (or the equivalent amount in a foreign currency) for MCOs issued relevant to the tickets issued on/after April 1st, 2011 will be abolished.
(*) Refund charge does still apply for the tickets issued on/before March 31st, 2011.
(*) Other charge/fee provided in each fare rule does apply.
(*) Other refund charge established by each government requirement does apply. Please see here for details.
