SUPPLEMENTARY PROVISIONS

1.DATE OF EFFECTIVENESS

These Conditions of Carriage shall come into effect as of April 1, 2012.
Sub-paragraph (1) and (2) of paragraph (D) of Article 13 shall apply to a Ticket issued after April 1, 2011, while to a Ticket issued before March 31, 2011, the following shall apply;

13. REFUNDS

(D) Voluntary Refunds

(1)	The term "Voluntary Refund" means any refund of a Ticket other than Involuntary Refund, and the amount of the refund shall be:
	(a)	if no portion of the trip has been made, an amount equal to the fare paid, less any applicable service charges including cancellation fees provided in ANA's Regulations; and
	(b)	if a portion of the trip has been made, an amount equal to the difference between the fare paid and the fare applicable to the sector for which the Ticket has been used, less any applicable service charges including cancellation fees provided in ANA's Regulations.
(2)	Unless otherwise provided in ANA's Regulations, ANA will collect ¥1,000 (or the equivalent amount in a foreign currency) as a refund charge per a Ticket issued to a Passenger which constitutes a single contract of Carriage; provided that, in case of refund of lost tickets as prescribed in paragraph (E) of this Article, ANA will collect ¥10,000 (or the equivalent amount in a foreign currency).
