(Reason) To comply with the U.S. Department of Transportation law.

• ○Article 12 (SCHEDULES, DELAYS AND CANCELLATIONS OF FLIGHTS)

(Reason) To delete the wording of "Weight" system baggage rule

• ○Article 11 (BAGGAGE)
