Please kindly have your boarding pass and mileage card ready in your hand. *Lounge Access of ANA Diamond service member ・ANA Diamond service member customers are able to access lounge when they fly on code-shared flights with Non-Star alliance member carriers as follows; Eva Air, Etihad Airways, Qatar Airways. ・ANA Diamond service member customers are able to bring their 2～4 guests with the Lounge Invitation card and/or the reduction of 3,000 mileage per person.

ANA ARRIVAL LOUNGE (For International Arrival / Domestic departure customers）

Eligible customers	＜For International Arrival＞ 1. First Class customers arriving on ANA operated international flights and one accompanying guest per customer on the day of arrival only. Customers arriving on other Star Alliance Member airlines' operated International flights are not eligible to use the lounge. 2. Business Class customers arriving on ANA operated international flights on the day of arrival only. (No accompanying guest permitted) Customers arriving on other Star Alliance Member airlines' operated International flights are not eligible to use the lounge. 3. ANA "Diamond Service" "Platinum Service" and ANA Super Flyers Card Members arriving on ANA operated international flights and one accompanying guest per customer on the day of arrival only. Customers arriving on other Star Alliance Member airlines' operated International flights are not eligible to use the lounge. ＜For Domestic departure＞ No customers arriving on ANA domestic flights permitted. Customers boarding on domestic Code share flights operated by partner airlines, are entitled to access ANA Lounge if NH flight number is shown on the boarding pass. 1. Premium Class customers departing Narita on ANA domestic flights on the day of departure only and one accompanying guest per member. 2. ANA "Diamond Service" "Platinum Service" and ANA Super Flyers Card Members on ANA domestic departure flights and one accompanying guest per customer. 3. Star Alliance Gold members departing Narita on ANA domestic flights on the day of departure only and one accompanying guest per member. 4. ANA "Bronze Service" Members departing on ANA domestic flights on the day of departure only may access this lounge by deducting 1,000 miles per use from their mileage account. (No accompanying guest permitted) 1000miles 5. Customers holding ANA JCB Card Premium, and/or ANA JCB Card SuperFlyers Premium departing on ANA domestic flights on the day of departure only.

Please kindly be informed that as of February 1st, 2010, the age of accompanied infant will be changed to under 2 years old. For ANA Japan Domestic departure customers, customers under the age of 3 years old are welcome for free.
