Changes to eligible booking class for ANA international flight upgrade and Accrual Ratio by Fare Type
In January 2011, there will be changes to the booking class of ANA international flights which depart after April 1st, 2011. At the same timing, the eligible booking classes for upgrades and Accrual Ratio by Fare Type are also changed. Please find the details as follows;
(1) Changes to eligible booking class for ANA international flight upgrade
Applicable date: Booking after January 16, 2011 (21:30 Japan Time)
Applicable flight: Itinerary departing after April 1st, 2011
Applicable Awards: ANA International Upgrade Awards, ANA Upgrade Points

* Any flights departing after April 1st are eligible for upgrades if the ticket is booked on the currently eligible booking class and the first international segment of the itinerary starts before March 31st, 2011.
Due to the changes of booking classes and migration process, online upgrade for the following flights departing after April 1st, 2011 is not available at ANA SKY WEB after January 16th, 2011 (21:30 Japan Time). For those who wish to make an upgrade request for the flights below, please contact the nearest ANA Mileage Club Service Center for reservations.

(2) Changes to Accrual Ratio by Fare Type
Applicable Date: Boarding after April 1st, 2011
Applicable Cabin Class: Accrual Rates for Economy Class
For the boarding after April 1st, 2011, accrual rate for booking class “L” and “K” will be changed to 50%. But for the tickets are booked and ticketed under booking class “L” and “K” before March 31st, 2011, accrual rate even after April 1st boarding date will remain 70%.
