Can I transfer my miles from other airlines' mileage programs? |

Previously registered miles from different airlines' mileage programs cannot be transferred or added together. |

I can't get my card before my trip. |

Mileage can be registered as long as retroactive registration takes place within 6 months of boarding. In some cases it may not be possible to accrue the miles, depending on the fare or flight used. Find procedures for registering miles retroactively here. |

Do I earn miles when I use Flight Awards? |

Domestic and International Flight Awards are not eligible for mileage accrual. |

Mileage can be registered depending on the class of the air ticket purchased. Find procedures for registering miles here. |

Can infants and small children earn miles? |
|
 |
Miles can be registered for infants and small children (under 3 years old for domestic flights and under 2 years old for international flights) if the child fare was paid and the child had a seat when boarding. If the child boarded without a seat, miles will not be accrued. miles are accrued based on the fare used. For Malaysian Airlines flights, child faresare ineligible for mileage registration. |

I forgot to register my miles when I boarded. Is it possible to claim miles after boarding? |

Although I registered my miles when I used a partner airline, why aren't my miles registered? |
|
 |
In some cases, miles may no be credited due to the system, or because of ineligible flights / fares. Please send us the 2 necessary documents (passenger receipts and boarding pass) along with a memo standing your ANA Mileage Club number and name. We will process your retroactive registration request according to the airline you flew.

Do miles expire? |

Miles are valid for 36 months from the month in which you earned them. Use the members-only function to check the expirationdate for your miles. |

The "miles expiring in the last 3 months" says 0 miles. What does that mean? |
|

If this space indicates 0 miles, it means that none of your miles are set to expire in that month. Click the "Mile Details by Expiration Date" button to see a list of expiration dates for all of your miles. |

What is "ANA Mileage Mall (Net DE mo Mile)?" |

This is an online mile program under which ANA Mileage Club (below, AMC) members use services from "ANA Mileage Mall (Net DE mo Mile)" partners (shopping, member registration, usage applications, etc.) and earn miles based on the services they use. |

What should I do in order to use "ANA Mileage Mall (Net DE mo Mile)?" |

If you are not enrolled, enroll here. If you are already enrolled: 1. Enter your ANA Mileage Club number and password on the ANA Mileage Club page to log in to the members-only page.
2.Use partner services (shopping, member registration, usage applications, etc.) from the "ANA Mileage Mall (Net DE mo Mile)." 3. Mileage will accrue as determined by the service you use.
*It takes 2 - 4 months to confirm mileage accrual after confirming payment on the service you use.
*Always be sure to log in before using this service. Please understand that miles will not accrue if you are not logged in. |

There is no registration fee, annual fee, etc. However, the customer is responsible for any communications costs such as Internet service provider fees. |

I made a payment with my ANA card. Will my miles accrue? |

If using services through the "ANA Mileage Mall (Net DE mo Mile)" page and paying by ANA Card, you can accrue "ANA Card Mileage" in addition to "ANA Mileage Mall (Net DE mo Mile)" mileage. Also, credit company points will be added based on the amount you spend shopping at partner sites, so you will need to go through the procedure to transfer the points earned into miles. For details, check here. (This procedure is not necessary if you are registered for automatic transfer.

I made an Edy payment with my IC-enabled ANA Mileage Club Card (Edy or Suica). Will my miles be registered? |

If using services through the "ANA Mileage Mall (Net DE mo Mile)" page and making an Edy payment by IC-enabled ANA Mileage Club Card (Edy or Suica), you will automatically accrue "Edy Miles" in addition to "ANA Mileage Mall (Net DE mo Mile)" mileage.
*Miles for using "ANA Mileage Mall (Net DE mo Mile)" and Edy Miles are each accrued on their own schedules. |

After logging in to ANA SKY WEB, check your balance by choosing "Mileage Account Details"on the top page. If the mileage accrual date for our partner site has already passed but you are unable to confirm that miles have accrued, send your inquiry on the ANA Mileage Mall Customer Inquiry Form and we will check for you. |
