Receipt issuing service[Domestic Japan Flights]

The ANA Receipt Data Web Display Service is a very convenient way to view receipt data on your screen, for flight tickets purchased through the ANA Internet Service or an ANA Reservation and Information Center.
The service is not available on smartphones.

Notice for issueing

〔Cases in which it is not possible to issue receipt〕
- When 1 year has elapsed from the point of purchasing the flight ticket.
- When Reissueing receipt (Receipt Data Web Display Service can be used any number of times within the issue period.)
- Receipt for Domestic Flight Awards
- Receipt for ANA@desk flight tickets

〔Cases in which it is required to contact the point of sale〕
- When purchased your ticket from a source other than ANA, such as a travel agency and convenience store
- Receipt for tickets issued by airlines with which it has interline transportation agreements with ANA.
- Receipt for domestic tour packages

Note: Certificates for boarding and the Online Receipt Service are available on the PC version of the ANA website. They are not accessible via the smartphone website.

Issue Eligibility and Period

Issue eligibility: Certificates for boarding for flights purchased at the following locations can be issued from the ANA Website.

  • ・ANA Website
    *excludes convenience store payments
  • ・ANA Reservation and Information Center / ANA Mileage Club Service Center
  • ・ANA domestic airport counter

Issue period: For one year from date of ticket purchase until 1 year after boarding

  • Receipt issue period

Where to Apply

Receipts may be obtained at the time of flight ticket payment, or at the airport on the date of departure.
Outside the date of departure, it may take some time to process your receipt, and receipt issue may not be available.

At home / at work

Receipts can be issued using the Receipt Data Web Display Service or Receipt Application Form up to one year from date of ticket purchase.

At the airport

Receipts may be issued from Self Service Check-in machines, or a domestic ticketing counter up until the date of departure.

The issue period for the Receipt Data Web Display Service

This service displays receipt information (details) for tickets purchased on the ANA website, through the ANA Domestic Reservation and Customer Service Center, or at ANA domestic flight airport counters.

  • * The data receipt does not differ from conventional receipts in terms of providing proof of the receipt content. However, as it is a digital document, customers should check in advance whether the printed form can be used for reimbursement of expenses.

Notes on usage

  • Flight ticket receipt data can be displayed as many times as you like for one year from date of ticket purchase.
    It can be displayed using the "Receipt/Certificate for boarding Search" button on the ANA SKY WEB top page, or processed by clicking the "Receipt Search" button displayed below.
  • *Data can be displayed by customer and one way journey (excludes purchases using multiple payment methods, "AMC Companion Fare" and "Connection Discount Fares").
  • *The flight number displayed on receipt data for open tickets linked to a canceled reservation will be the originally reserved flight.
  • *Receipt data for the fee can also be displayed (receipt data for the fee cannot be displayed by customer or one way journey).
  • *The name on the receipt can be changed.
  • *You can choose to show or hide the details.

The Receipt Data Web Display Service cannot be used in the following cases.

Receipt Application Form

If the Receipt Data Web Display Service is unavailable, requests will be received by email.Receipts will be delivered by postal mail. Click a link below to proceed to the Receipt Application Form.

  • *Delivery may take between 7 and 10 days.
  • *Please note that we cannot correspond by fax or email.
  • *A maximum of 4 sectors can be issued each person.
  • *Receipt for refund and cancel fee can be issued after refund.
  • *If the Receipt Application Form is used for a ticket purchased using ANA SKY COIN or an ANA Value Vouchers, the value on the issued receipt will not include the value of ANA SKY COIN or the ANA Value Vouchers.
