| Reservations and sales of flight tickets start from 9:30 a.m. of the same day*
2 months prior to the date of departure at ANA Ticket Counters, Flights Reservation and Information Center, designated agency counters, or through sky-push (touch-tone) phone or our homepage. *For discounted fares, etc., reservations and sales start on a different date. The following table applies for months in which the same day of the month (2 months prior to) does not exist: |

| (1) | Reserved tickets or fare tickets are valid only for the reserved flight. In principle,
flight tickets and fare tickets without reservation are valid for 90 days from the day after issuance
date (date of payment). However, this shall not apply if the validity of special fare tickets is otherwise
provided. Click here for more information. For purchase with Ticketless Service, the flight ticket issuance date will be either "the date of credit settlement" or "our confirmation date of your cash payment". |

| (2) | When your flight ticket is replaced by a new one due to reservation change or other reasons, the validity of the original flight ticket and fare ticket is applied. For details, please ask an ANA representative. |
| (1) | In case of reservation change, the application must be done prior to the departure time of the flight. Change or cancellation is possible at ANA Flights Reservation and Information Center or through our homepage. For some discounted fare tickets, flight change is not available. | |
| (2) | Refunds of flight fares are available within 10 days from the ticket expiration date or within 10 days from the day after the ticket expiration date. Refunds of fares with no reservation change are available only within 10 days from the day after the departure date of the reserved flight. | |
| (3) | Refunds of fight tickets purchased through Ticketless Service*
in cash are made by money transfer to your bank account (bank commission charge is on customer's side). *Payments through Cash-Ticketless, payment at a convenience store or post office, bank transfer, postal deposit same-day settlement, Inter-debit, etc. |

| (4) | Refunds of Shuttle round-trip fares are available only when all tickets remain unused. Refunds of Repeat fares are available only when all tickets remain unused and the Repeat Card is presented at the place of issuance. In this case, a refund charge and cancellation fee will be charged. Refunds for partially used tickets are not available. | |
| (5) | For refunds of flight tickets purchased with your credit card, the presentation of your credit card is required. Refunds are available through the credit card. | |
| (6) | A refund charge of ¥420 will be charged per flight ticket. | |

| If your ticket is lost, ticket reissue is not possible. Purchase of a new flight ticket is required. If you have lost your ticket, please fill in a lost ticket report provided by the place of your purchase during the refund period. After we confirm the ticket was not used or refunded within its validity, the amount subtracting the commission charge will be paid back to you after a certain period of time. |
