《Refund period》 Fare types which allow reservation changes: Up to the expiration date and within 10 days counting from the day following the expiration date of the flight ticket Fare types which do not allow reservation changes: Within 10 days counting from the day following the reserved departure date ※Refund procedure must be completed within the refund deadline date. Refunds may not be made beyond the deadline date. ※Refund procedure using ANA Sky Web must be completed by the reserved boarding date. ※Please see (refund time frame) below for the number of dates required for refunds. 《Refund Procedure 》 Depending on the type of fare purchased, certain processing fee may apply. As fee varies on type of fare purchased, please see fare chart for details. Credit card purhases will be refunded by credit to the card account used for purchase. All other purchases will be refunded by cash or bank account deposit (customers will be liable for bank transfer fees). ■For customers with actual flight ticket(s) Please take the ticket(s) to your nearest ANA ticket counter and apply for a refund (for purchases at a travel agency, at the point of purchase). ※The entire set of tickets in your itinerary is required, regardless of the refund portion. ※For purchases with credit card, please have the credit card used for purchase available. ■Purchases through ANA Ticket-less Service Custormers may apply for a refund through our internet service (Website, mobile site, PDA), our reservation and information center and any ANA ticket counter.
《Waiting period following the refund procedure 》 ■Refund to customer's credit card account The waiting period for refund will vary accordingly to the date applied for a refund and your creditor's deadline date / refund processing period.
■Refunds deposited to customer's bank account Refund will be deposited to the customer's choice of bank accounts within approximately 10 days following the completion of the refund process.
《Change or refund for emergency situation》 The following procedure will be taken should the customer be in an emergency situation such as sudden illness, etc. Please inquire with our reservation and information center. ※Should the customer request change / refund due to sudden illness, an examination report from a physician will be required. ・Reservation change may be made within 30 days counting from the day following the original flight date. ・Refund processing and cancellation fee associated with the change / refund will not be applied. |
