Receipt may be obtained at the ANA SKY KIOSK located at the boarding gate area.
You may also obtain the receipt on the internet if you follow the procedures in Japanese. Please refer to the English translation to help yourself.
by Internet
After making reservation online, please enter your credit card number, expiry date and security code to puchase your ticket.
by telephone
After making a reservation, you will be asked your credit card number, expiry date and security code.
*You will be asked by the voice response system to ensure that your credit card details are securely handled. (This is not available for customers who have the credit card number registered on ANA SKY WEB.)
On the boarding date
Please bring one of the following to the airport on the boarding date: Credit card, ANA Mileage Club Card, or the reception number and reservation number. Click for details on boarding procedure. Please proceed to our counter with an agent for passengers using Senior Citizen Discout fare, Discount fare for disabled or if you registered your information for special assistance.

Usage Period
Up to 20 minutes prior to departure following the confirmation of reservation.
* Please note that depending on the fare, there are reservation acceptance and ticket payment deadlines.
Changes and Cancellations after payment
* Please contact the ANA Reservation and Information Center.
* A set cancellation fee and refund fee (￥420 per leg) will be charged at the time of cancellation.
Note
Customers are asked to enter the security code at the time of purchase. SkiP service will only be available for customers who have entered the security code at the time of purchase.
