Regarding your reservation
This reservation and purchase service, you will be able to reserve domestic flights in Japan for ANA. The services are for Japan residents only. Passengers
are not required to be members of ANA Mileage Club to use this service.
To
reserve award tickets, please log in at [ANA
Mileage Club] and apply from the member's exclusive feature.
Passengers may make the reservation from 9:30 a.m. on the same day*, 2 months prior to the boarding date.
* The last day of the month, 2 months prior to the departure date will be applied if same day is not found on a particular month.
When Reserving a round trip or journeys with more than two sectors, the second or subsequent sectors can be reserved along with the first sector even if it is beyond the applicable booking period. The second or subsequent sectors must be during applicable booking period or within 14 days from the last applicable sales date.

adults (or children over 3 years of age)and 2 infants (0 - 2 years of age) for up
to 4 segments may be reserved at one time. Please make separate reservations for the
following instances:
1) If number of passengers differ on outbound and
homebound segments.
2) If payment method or types of fares differ within the party.
Passengers
will be able to confirm the reservation details by clicking on [View
Reservation] button.
The
stated value is the price for one way (one segment) trip. This includes sales tax,airport
tax.
Regarding payments and receiving your tickets
Please
make your payment by the payment deadline date.
Save
by making payments with the convenient ANA Ticketless Service. Passengers have the option
to pay by methods such as credit card or at a convenience store. Please click here

Refunds
will be charged with a set handling fee. As cancellation charge vary with each fare
type, please confirm the applicable
conditions for each fare type before making your payment.
For
purchases made through ANA Ticketless Service, please receive your ticket at the airport with
the automated check-in machine on the day of your departure.
Receipts
will be issued when the ticket is issued.
