Ticket Service Charge(TSC) : ANA will change Ticketing Service Charge for ticketing on/after October 1st, 2011

Collected at ANA International Reservations and ANA City Office/Airport Counters within Japan at the time international tickets are issued.

Applicable to:

-	All itineraries including itineraries originating outside Japan, itineraries where international sectors to/from Japan are not flown by ANA, etc.

-	Tickets with fares not sold through ANA Homepage as well when such tickets are purchased through ANA International Reservations and ANA City/Airport Office within Japan.

-	Child fares at the same rates as adult fares.

Separate tickets together when issued for a continuous itinerary and reservation is made and purchased at ANA at the same time.

<e.g.1> Tokyo (TYO) = Frankfurt (FRA) round trip ticket and Star Alliance European Air Pass

1)	If reservations are made and tickets issued at ANA at the same time as continuous itinerary: JPY5,250 will be collected.
2)	If TYO＝FRA ticket is purchased on April 1, and then on April 10, Air Pass is issued: JPY5,250 will be collected for TYO=FRA and then again for Air Pass. Therefore, total of JPY10,500 will be applicable.

<e.g.2> Tokyo (TYO) = Frankfurt (FRA) round trip ticket (4 tickets - 2 adults, 1 child, 1 infant not occupying a seat )

TSC is not applicable for infants not occupying a seat. Therefore, total of JPY15,750 will be applicable.

Refund of Ticket Service Charge

Voluntary Refund	:	Ticket Service Charge will not be refunded.
Involuntary Refund	:	Ticket Service Charge will be refunded.

Lost Ticket Handling

Ticket Service Charge will not be applied at the time of issuance of Replacement Ticket or Double Payment Purchased Ticket for Lost Ticket.
However, JPY10,000 Replacement Ticket Service Charge or Lost Ticket Refund Charge will be collected. For details, see here.

Exchange/Reissue Service Charge(ESC) :

Collected at ANA International Reservations and ANA City Office/Airport Counters within Japan on/after April 1st, 2009 for changes to international tickets that involve difference in fare and/or taxes/fees/charges or change in routing. JPY 2,100 will be collected per a ticket issued to a passenger.
For MCO(Miscellaneous Charges Order), charge will also be collected for exchange/reissue that does not involve difference in fare and/or taxes/fees/charges (e.g. exchange//reissue pursuant to extension of validity).

There is no change in fare or Fuel Surcharge.
However, because domestic sector Tokyo=Fukuoka will connect with international sector by less than 24hours, consumption tax applied to Japan domestic sector will be exempted. As the difference result in tax only, ESC will not be collected.

Lost Ticket Handling

Exchange/Reissue Service Charge will apply to exchange/reissue of Lost Replacement Ticket or Lost Double Payment Purchased Ticket pursuant to the applicable fare rules of the lost original ticket.
