Changes to Handling Suspension Period for Short-Nosed Dog Breeds
Thank you for choosing to fly with ANA.
According to veterinary experts, short-nosed dog breeds are more affected by high temperatures and humidity than other breeds due to their characteristic narrow respiratory tracts. Such breeds are therefore susceptible to various health problems when kept in high-temperature environments. In response to the rising temperatures in Japan, we will be changing the handling suspension period for short-nosed dog breeds from 2018 as follows.
