Effective April 1, 2009, ANA will introduce an Exchange/Reissue Service Charge for changes requested within Japan as follows.
♦ Exchange/Reissue Service Charge(ESC) :
Collected at ANA International Reservations and ANA City Office/Airport Counters within Japan on/after April 1, 2009 for changes to international tickets that involve difference in fare and/or taxes/fees/charges or change in routing.

Tickets irrespective of place of original issue or sales channel (e.g. tickets originally issued outside Japan, tickets originally issued at other carriers or travel agents, tickets originally issued via ANA Homepage). |

Child fares at the same rate as adult fares. |

Separate tickets together when such separate tickets were issued for a continuous itinerary and reservation is changed and ticket exchange/reissued at ANA at the same time. |
