| When you enroll in ANA Mileage Club on this site, or if you are already an ANA Mileage Club member, we collect specific information such as your name, gender, address, birthday, phone number, email address, ANA Mileage Club number and password. This information is used to enroll you in ANA Mileage Club and ensure that you receive applicable mileage credit for online travel purchases for participating flights and other ANA Mileage Club participating partner activities. This information is also used to communicate with you on your ANA Mileage Club account status and notify you of any special promotions for which you might be eligible. |

| ANA Mileage Club Member Profile Information |

| ANA keeps and processes members’ personal information in its computer system. This means members’ names, email addresses, telephone numbers and mailing addresses. This is necessary to provide efficient customer service and to improve quality of customer care. ANA protects each member’s personal information according to its strict information security policy . ANA sends out email and printed newsletters to ANA Mileage Club members. If requested by a member, this mailing service will be terminated immediately. A member may terminate the email service by “Opting-Out”. As further described below, there may be an occasion when ANA gives personal information such as members’ names, mailing addresses, and email addresses to an outsourced mailing or email broadcasting company to mail out newsletters or special promotional notices. In such case, ANA makes a contract with a third party to limit use of personal information strictly to the services requested by ANA. ANA also keeps track of the handling of personal information by a third party including destruction of the information. We require strict contractual obligations from these third parties to ensure safeguards for the privacy and security of the information. ANA may also disclose personal information to comply with a statue, regulation or any legal process. |

Your traveler profile can conveniently be created on Reservations/Offers.
You are not required to complete a profile to use ANA SKY WEB for your reservations. However, a completed profile will allow you to complete a reservation more quickly in the future. We use this information to perform a number of functions including:

| PERSONAL INFORMATION GATHERING |

Navigation data for each user is collected throughout this web site, including details of domains, browsers and pages visited, in order to evaluate the site contents and to improve their quality. When personal information is needed to provide on-line services, the user will be explicitly requested to submit it. For example, purchasing tickets or other merchandise, or registering for the frequent flyer program membership requires information that personally identifies the user, such as the user’s name, mailing or shipping address, billing address, credit card number and its expiration date, email address, voice and fax telephone numbers, and existing service account numbers with ANA.

ANA aims to enhance the quality of customer relations by utilizing personal information. Each individual’s accumulated record leads to a better understanding of each customer’s preferences and needs, which makes more personalized communications and services possible.
The user may be contracted by telephone, mail or email for purposes of further inquiries, confirmation of reservations, special offers or notification of service changes. Receipts and tickets will be sent via postal or courier service to the billing or shipping address. Personal information is also used to keep track of mileage balance of the user’s frequent flyer program account. In addition, the user may receive notices about new features, products and services, or other promotional offers by telephone, mail or email.
ANA may retain comments and questions submitted through this web site’s functions for an indefinite period. Those regarded as topics of public interest may be published either on this site or in ANA’s in-flight magazine. In case of personally identifiable content, it will be published only with the original writer’s explicit permission.
