ANA SKY WEB - ANA's New International Boarding Style "CLICK Check-in"

This new Internet check-in service starts on July 1st, 2010.

Regarding the Procedures for Boarding Flight for each airport

*Even in the situation where CLICK check-in has already been completed ahead of time, it is required to check in either the Baggage Drop-off counter, or the International Self Service Check-in Machine.
*In a situation where there is checked baggage, it is required to check in the baggage at least 60 minutes prior to departure.

[For Passengers with Checked Baggage]
Airports with counters specifically for dropping off baggage are marked with a sign (example is shown on the left). Please keep this sign in mind as you proceed to the airport counter.

*1 As for printed boarding passes and/or itinerary receipts issued at the airport, or for printed boarding passes, they will be stamped with an ANA validation stamp.

*2 At Jakarta's Soekarno-Hatta International Airport (CGK), it is required to pay airport taxes upon check-in, so please proceed to the check-in counter.

*3 Narita=Seattle will operate from July 25th, 2012.

(For passengers departing from Narita to Mumbai): It will not be possible to obtain your boarding pass at the Self Service Check-in Machine. Please come to the Boarding Pass Pick-Up counter; if you have baggage to check in, please come to the C15 or C16 counter, exclusively for the Mumbai route.Please check here for details.
