VISA ON ARRIVAL
VISA is required for immigration if you are a Japanese national. You can claim a VISA upon arrival at the Jakarta Airport if you are staying for a period less than 30 days for the purpose of sightseeing. (USD25 ※Please pay in cash. Credit card is not available.) |
TRANSIT
Connection to Indonesian domestic flights from ANA
Please pick up your baggage and go through custom inspections after immigration, and proceed to the check-in counter of each airline.
Check-in counters for each airline are located in Terminal 1-3, please check the location of the terminal.
The free shuttle bus to Terminal 1 and Terminal 3 is available from the 2nd floor of Terminal2. (every 15-30min)

・Garuda Indonesia (GA : Terminal2)
Please follow the arrowed line on the map, and proceed to Garuda Indonesia connection counter. (Please use the customs inspection shown on the map)
・Air Asia (QZ: Terminal3)
Please proceed to Terminal3 by free shuttle bus.
*Regarding other domestic flights, please check the details before your departure from Japan.

Connection to international flights from ANA
・All the international flights except for Air Asia (Departing from Terminal2)
Please check-in at international connecting counter after arrival, and proceed to the 2nd floor for departure.
・Air Asia international flights (AK or QZ: Terminal3)
Please proceed to Terminal3 after custom inspection with your checked baggage.
Free shuttle buses for Terminal3 are available from the 2nd floor of Terminal2. (every 15-30min)

Security Check
A Security Check is required at the entrance of the departure lobby. Also, there is another Security Check before the boarding gate. Please present your air ticket or a copy of e-ticket and boarding pass to the security staff. |
Check-in
Please present your air ticket, passport, departure card and pay IDR150,000 as an airport tax for International Flights at the Check-in Counter. Credit cards are not accepted and payments must be made in Indonesian Rupia in cash only. The receipt for airport tax will be attached with a copy of your boarding pass. |
Priority Counter
After check-in at priority counter, please proceed to immigration next to the counter. Premier lounge is located beside the immigration.
Eligible customer: Business class customers, ANA Diamond service members |
TRANSIT
Connection to ANA from Indonesian domestic flights.
Please pick up your baggages upon arrival of the domestic flights(*1), and proceed to ANA check in counter on the 2nd floor at Terminal2. Find the 《ANA signs》 at the curbside as your guide.
*1: Except for the domestic flight from Bali/Denpasar on Garuda Indonesia. It is possible for your baggage to be checked in through to Narita via Jakarta only when you on board Garuda Indonesia from Bali/Denpasar to Jakarta . Please make sure that your baggage is checked in through to Narita correctly. You don't need to pick up your baggage at Jakarta airport if your baggage is checked in through to Narita correctly.
Please make sure the arrival terminal since there are 3 different terminals: Terminal1-3.
Free shuttle bus is operated from Terminal1 or 3 to Terminal2. (every 15-30 min.)
