-The UK Border Agency requires unaccompanied passengers under 18 years seeking to enter UK to supply certain information to the immigration officer upon arrival.
If you cannot answer the questions verbally, you need to provide the information below in English, in letter form. (The English letter should be prepared by yourself prior to travel and there is no specific format. )
It must include: 1.Purpose of stay 2. Address of accommodation 3. Name of meeters and relationship 4. Contact info of drivers or meeters(Mobile phone)

Airport Summary
Heathrow Airport, one of the gateways to Europe, lies 25km west of London. Approximately 1,250 aircraft arrive and depart here each day. Heathrow actually consists of five terminals; you should allow plenty of time to get from one to another. The lobby has many amenities including currency exchange and an information counter (operating hours 5:30 to 22:30).

* Per-passenger duty-free allowances are as follows: 200 cigarettes (or 50 cigars or 250 grams of tobacco); 2 liters of wine (including sake) and 1 liter of other alcohol (i.e. whiskey); 50 grams of perfume; 10 ounces (250cc) of eau de cologne.

About VAT refunds
A value-added tax (VAT) is applied to items purchased in the United Kingdom.You may be entitled to a refund of the VAT(value-added tax) for 20%.
At shops displaying the following sign: TAX CASH REFUND FOR TOURISTS or TAX FREE FOR TOURISTS
When purchasing items
Have the shop process a Tax Refund Check.
Customs procedures at time of departure
Show the purchased item, your passport, boarding pass and Tax Refund Check to the customs official at departure and have the check stamped.
At department stores and prestige shops
When purchasing the item
Request processing through a document called the "Ausfuhrmaterialzettel" (commonly known as the "Grunes Papier" or green paper). If the "green paper" is not available, have the store write details regarding the purchased item on the receipt.
Customs procedures at time of departure
Show the purchased item, your passport, boarding pass and necessary documents to the customs officer at departure and have a document created. Please note that this will take more time and necessitate a higher handling charge as compared with the a fore mentioned case utilizing a Tax Refund Check.
