5. How to use this service
Step 1) Exchange your miles to receive the Limousine coupon
<To apply ; you can apply in two ways>
- by telephone : Please call European Customer Service Centre and ask to redeem your miles to receive the Limousine coupon.
- by internet : Please fill in online application form on ANA SKY WEB.
*Please apply at least 10 days before the date you like to receive the coupon.
Coupon Expiration Date
Valid until the end of the 6th month following the issued date.
(Example: for a coupon issued on Sep. 1, 2011, the expiration date would be March 31, 2012)
*Please be sure to use the coupon by the expiration date. All expired coupons are strictly ineligible for use.
*You may check the expiration date by referring to the "Expiration Date" printed on the coupon.
Step 2) Receive the coupon
- The coupon will be sent by registered mail.
- Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery depending on your location.
Step 3) Make Limousine reservation once you receive the coupon
* It is mandatory to make the reservation with Manzaki Kotsui reservation desk in advance.
<How to make a reservation>
● Reservations can be made by telephone or e-mail to the Limousine Company directly.
● Reservations must be made between a month (the earliest) and 3 days (the latest) prior to the actual day of use at the reservation desk:

Please provide the following information at the time of reservation.
(If you make a reservation by email, please include the following information in the content)
- Your flight number or time of meeting for the Limousine and the date (Other airlines' flights are also accepted)
- The name of customer using the "Limousine Coupon from NARITA Airport"
- The number of passengers
- AMC number (10-digit) of the customer who has applied for the award.
- Destination address.
NOTE :
1) Please note that the " Limousine Coupon from NARITA Airport" is not eligible when booked in any other manner except through the above-mentioned desk or when not booked at least three days in advance.

6. Fee and Condition
Below is the list of sample destination and fare guideline. Please check exact where with the limousine company when you make reservation.

<Condition>
- No change will be given when using Limousine Coupons for payment.
- ANA is not responsible for any theft or loss of the coupon. Also the coupon will not be reissued under any circumstances. (AMC Terms and Conditions article 14)
- Trading coupons is not allowed. Coupons will be invalid if traded.
- Coupons with no expiry date are not valid.
- Only the ANA Mileage Club member him/herself who has applied (along with family members within two generations) may use the coupon.
- No cash refunds are allowed and miles cannot be returned to the mileage account even when the Limousine Coupons are not used.
- When the fare exceeds the coupon amount, the remaining balance can be paid by cash. For the balance amount paid in cash, miles will be accumulated according to the amount listed upon the customer filling out "the Ride Certificate". Please state your wish to accrue mileage upon payment and complete the "the Ride Certificate" accordingly.
- Receipt is issued for the amount paid by means other than the "Limousine Coupon from Nairta Airport". If the receipt for the total amount is required, all payment details including payment by "ANA Limousine Coupon" will be on the receipt. Please confirm further details with your driver.
- Limousine vehicle is a sedan-type with capacity of 2 people (maximum 3). Specific vehicle models cannot be requested.
- Please note luggage capacity is limited. (up to 2 suitcases or equivalent.)
- No child seat is provided.
- There is no compensation for damages caused by cancellation or delay, etc.
- There may be cases where a Limousine service cannot be provided. In this case a TAXI will be arranged instead.
- The destination can only be one address.
- Cancellations for items applied for once cannot be accepted.
- Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery depending on your location.
- FA Pooling mileage cannot be used.
