ANA Easy Travel for Kids

We offer service for children 5 to 11 years of age traveling alone to ensure they are looked after during the trip. Please request Easy Travel for Kids service at the time of booking to ANA International Flight Reservation and Information Center and make an application at the airport.

Please note it is necessary to sign about the warrant that the minor understands and follows the instructions of the carrier's staff, and he/she is able to take care of him/herself on consent and release form from 1st JUL 2008
Some mobile phones for kids have a particular setting that turns the power on from time to time, even when the power is turned off. Please completely turn the power off, or set the setting off.
This service applies to only to ANA operating flights. For code-sharing flights, please inquire at the relevant airline company

Conditions for Travel

This service applies to children 5 through 11 years old who are traveling alone as unaccompanied minor.
Please be sure your child will be brought to the departure airport and picked up at the arrival airport by parents or guardians.
If you wish to request assistance for a child who are 12-16 years old, ANA will offer ANA Airport Support.

* Please note that child fare not apply to unaccompanied children, adult fares will be applied.

You will have to request the service at ANA International Flight Reservation and Information Center.
 
Download of Kids Rakunori Consent and Release Form
You can download the "Unaccompanied Minor Handling Advice form" and "Consent and Release Form" in advance.
Download the form and print it out. After filling it in, make 1 copy of the "Unaccompanied Minor Handling Advice form" and bring them to the check-in counter at the airport.
The person who signs the "Consent and Release Form" should be the person responsible for the child.

At the departure airport

Please complete Unaccompanied Minor Handling Advice form at Easy Travel counter at least 120 minutes prior to departure.
* Automatic check-in machines cannot be used.
* We recommend you check-in earlier during summer and winter vacation seasons, and other holidays when airports are especially congested.

A parent or guardian is asked to complete Unaccompanied Minor Handling Advice form and Consent and Release form.
A member of our staff will escort your child from the Easy Travel counter through to the cabin.
* Boarding may take place ahead of the other passengers. Please note that in some occasions, they may be the last to be boarded.
* You will be able to accompany the child as far as the baggage security check.

Arrival airport

A member of our staff will escort your child to the arrival lobby.
A parent of guardian of unaccompanied children is asked to sign a form and show identification that the child is met and handed over to the right person.
The meeting place at the destination will be at the arrival gate.
Notes - Children using the Easy Travel for Kids service will not be seated near doorways or emergency exits.
- Children under the age of 5 years old must be accompanied by a passenger over 12 years of age.
- Your child may not be allowed to board the aircraft if there is an indication that the flight may not operate as scheduled due to the weather conditions, etc.

For customers using mobile phone for children

Some mobile phones have a particular setting that automatically turns the power on from time to time, even though the power was turned off. Please make sure to switch off this particular setting before turning off the mobile phone.
