Code-share flights operated by partner airlines which are not Star Alliance members	Services are available when boarding code-share flights with ANA

* Please note that this service may not be available at certain airports or for certain flights.

When using ANA Group or Star Alliance member airline flights, you will have priority tags attached to all checked baggage, ensuring that your bags are given priority after arrival.
Futher more members are entitled to check-in baggages with no charge as follows when travelling on ANA Group or Star Alliance member airline flights.

Priority Baggage Handling

ANA Group flights	Regardless of your boarding class, the "First Class" priority tag will be attached to your baggage.

Star Alliance member airline flights	The "Star Alliance" priority tag will be attached to your baggage, except when flying in First Class of ANA International Flights.

* This service is not available when transferring from an airline other than Star Alliance member airlines to a flight operated by the ANA Group, and checking baggage at the time of completing boarding procedures with the other airline.

Code-share flights operated by partner airlines which are not Star Alliance members	Services are available when boarding code-share flights with ANA

Additional Free Baggage Allowance

		Starting with ticket issued from June 1, 2013 the free baggage allowance will be changed according to the boarding class when using ANA international flights. Click here for details.

ANA Group International flights	Free Baggage Allowance of your travel class(*) + 1 piece * You are allowed to 32kg(70lb) per piece regardless of your traveling class.(Applicable for ticketing on/before May 31st, 2013)

* An excess baggage charge will apply for baggage that exceeds the prescribed weight or size.

* This service may not be available on code-share flights operated by other airlines or itineraries that include flights operated by other airlines.

* This service may not be available when checking baggage with airlines other than those listed above, and transferring to ANA Group or Star Alliance member airline flights.

"Diamond Service" members are given top priority when using the following applicable routes.

We provide a convenient parking service at preferential rates for members who come to Narita Airport via car.

<Departure> You will be taken to your departure terminal.
<Arrival> We will bring your car to the designated parking area adjacent to the ANA ARRIVAL LOUNGE.

* Available with a round trip reservation on an ANA Group flight arriving at or departing from Narita Airport.

* To apply for this service, call the designated valet reservation desk after making a departure or arrival reservation by 6:00 p.m. on the day before your departure.

Your reservation for Parking Lot No. 3 (P3) at Haneda Airport will be given priority.

· Parking at an exclusive area close to the terminal

* Parking is on the 4th or 5th floor.

ANA "Diamond Service" members who are 18 years old or above will be able to use the Frequent Visitors(FV) e-channel facilities to speed up their immigration process at Hong Kong International Airport.

How to use this service
You must first complete registration procedures at the Immigration Department Enrollment Office at the Arrival Hall in Hong Kong International Airport.

* Cannot be used by persons under the age of 18.

* You must have a valid passport or visa to use this service (visas are not required for Japanese citizens staying in Hong Kong for 90 days or less for sightseeing or business).
