ANA Upgrade Points are given according to the number of ANA Premium Points you acquired during the previous year. They can be used as follows.

* You can receive Only boarded ANA Group flights are eligible.

* Please be aware that you will receive no Upgrade Point gifts if you do not use ANA Group flights during the year.

Awards of ANA Upgrade Points will be determined not only by your member status but also by the number of Premium Points you acquired during the previous year.

For every 10,000 accrued Premium Points, 2 ANA Upgrade Points will be added.

ANA "Diamond Service" has no limit. ANA "Platinum service" can earn up to 40 points, and ANA "Bronze Service" has up to 12 points.

ANA "Diamond Service" "Platinum Service" and "Bronze Service" members, who are also members of ANA Super Flyers Card will all receive extra 4 points, allotted for being an ANA Super Flyers Card member.

For each fiscal year (which means from April 1 to March 31 of the following year, in each year) in Japan Standard Time.

It may not be possible to make an additional reservation (double reservation) for air ticket(s) in the same class as your upgrade award.

Upgrade points may be used on the following flights:
[Domestic Routes]
When traveling on ANA flights or on code-share flights with ANA flight codes operated by other airlines.
[International Routes]
When traveling on flights operated by ANA Group airlines.
(Upgrade may not be used when traveling on a code share flights operated by other airlines, with ANA
Flight codes; and codes-share flights operated by ANA, with anotherairline's flight code.)

Use of Upgrade Points is limited to Primary Member and his/her spouse, as well as relatives of the principal in second degree,
i.e. the member's brothers and sisters. Persons other than the member wishing to use Upgrade Points must be registered for eligibility in advance.

Please register through ANA SKY WEB or complete an Award User Registration Form.

Award User Registration Forms may be obtained and processed at the Member's Service Desk.

Upgrade Points cannot be combined.

If you do not have enough points, upgrades and lounge access are not acceptable.

There may be cases where only a limited number of seats are available on each flight for Upgrade.

Mileage will be accumulated in accordance with the purchased fare type.

Amounts for the following air passenger charges may differ according to cabin class. Upgrades by Upgrade Points are also required to pay these duties.
Please note that the difference in the amount of duty varies according to the boarding class for each ticket issued and will be collected at the airport.
◎United Kingdom Air Passenger Duty : Passengers who depart from any airport in the United Kingdom are required to pay this charge.
◎French Air Passenger Solidarity Tax : Passengers who depart from any airport in France are required to pay this tax.
