When using self-service check-in machines

Follow the check-in machine instructions.
Upgrade to Premium Class is available.

* Certain tickets such as pre-arranged group discount tickets, international airline tickets, and tickets issued by other airline, will require check-in at the counter.

If you cannot use the self-service check-in machines

Please contact check-in counter and request for Upgrade to Premium Class with Upgrade Points.
Our check-in agent will check in your seat using your Upgrade Points.

Upgrade waitlisting

Please contact check-in counter.
ANA staff will issue the ANA standby Card.
 

When not accompanied by the member

Not available for using Self service check-in machines.

The following information will be confirmed at the airport counter.

•Name of the person boarding the flight

•Date of birth

•Name of the member

•10-digits ANA Mileage Club customer number of the member

Information about Award User Registration

* Upgrades in the cabin using Upgrade Points are not available.

* Use on certain flights may not be possible.

* ANA Upgrade Points cannot be used on routes that do not have Premium Class.
