Reservations must be made by the day before departure.

* For use on international flight, when cancellation was not made prior to departure of the reserved flight, Upgrade Points cannot be refunded. Refund is applicable only when you contact us prior to the departure of reserved flight.

* Economy class tickets cannot be upgraded to First Class.

* Use on certain flights may not be possible.

* The area in which an itinerary starts refers to the first international boarding sector of the air ticket.

After the upgrade reservation is confirmed, Upgrade Points will be deducted from your Upgrade Point balance.

* Reservation with Upgrade Points more than you have is not acceptable.

* Reservations must be made by the day before departure.

* For cancellation and Upgrade Point refund, please cancel at ANA SKY WEB or contact ANA Mileage Club Service Center.

2.Airport procedure

Usage by the member

Upgrade is confirmed

Check-in will complete in upgraded class with Online Check-in or Self service check-in machine*1.

Upgrade waitlisting

In case upper class is available, check-in will complete in upgraded class with Online Check-in or Self service check-in machine*1.
If not available, check-in on the original class is arranged. Seats may become available on the day of departure; please confirm with staff members at the airport counter.

On the day of departure

Upgrades are possible when the conditions for upgrades (seats in a higher class,meals, etc.) are met. Please speak to staff members at the airport counter on theday of departure.

 

When not accompanied by the member

Not available for Online Check-in or a Self service check-in machine.

The following information will be confirmed at the airport counter.

•Name of the person boarding the flight

•Date of birth

•Name of the member

•10-digits ANA Mileage Club customer number of the member

*1 Please contact check-in counter, if there is no Self service check-in machine.

* Conditions apply to usage on the day of departure.If your itinerary has been decided, please make an advance reservation.

* If you are connecting from another airline's flight, please speak to staff members at the airport counter of your first ANA flight.

The ANA "Diamond Service" members limitation

ANA “Diamond Service” members can use upgrades even for non-applicable fares with twice the amount of required points on the day of departure only when seats are available and the upgrade requirements (seats in a higher class, meals, etc.)are met.

Please apply by calling the ANA “Diamond Service” Desk by the day before departure.
Upgrades are not yet completed at the time of application.
• No applications are accepted via ANA SKY WEB.

2) Airport procedure
Please confirm the status of your request at the airport counter on the day of departure.

Upgrades are possible when the required conditions for upgrades (seats in a higher class,
meals, etc.) are met. Please confirm the results of your application at the airport counter.
• Upgrade Points will be deducted at the airport when your upgrade is confirmed on the day of departure.
