Who can use Awards

Awards may be used by the member, member's spouse, or member's immediate family.

* Registration beforehand is required.

* Partner Awards (including Electronic Money "Edy" Award) are applicable only for the actual registered member.

Notes on applying for Awards

Redeem miles for Awards before they expire.

Miles are valid until the end of the 36th month from the month in which they were earned.

Members themselves must apply for Awards.

Identification will be verified at the time of application. As a rule, application for Awards by persons other than members are not accepted. If a member's representative applies, the fact that they are the member's representative will be confirmed. Please make sure you have your ANA Card or ANA Mileage Club Card on hand when applying. Award applications are not accepted without the ANA Mileage Club number.

Please check the number of miles in your account.

Sufficient miles to redeem for the Award must be in your account when you apply.

Mileage will automatically be used beginning with the oldest accumulated miles.

Miles necessary for Award redemption will be subtracted automatically beginning with the oldest accumulated miles in the account.

Awards will only be mailed to the member's registered address.

However, it is possible to specify delivery addresses other than the registered address for ANA Shopping Point Award and 3000 miles shopping Award items. Delivery addresses are limited to Japan.

Miles accrued under a different member name or miles accrued with other airlines cannot be combined with your miles.

It is not possible to combine your mileage with that of different members, such as family members or friends, and receive Awards. It is not possible to combine the miles accrued in the mileage program of another airline with miles accrued through the ANA Mileage Club.
However, those who have registered with "ANA Card Family Mile" can combine usage with miles.

* Combining miles (with Family Account Service) to redeem for an award is only applicable to ANA and Partner Flight Awards and ANA International Upgrade Awards.

Miles that have been redeemed for unused Awards cannot be returned to a member's account or exchanged for other Awards.

Please not that any Awards that have been applied for and not used will be invalid. Also, there is a "Refund policy for unused awards" for Flight Awards and International Upgrade Awards. Please refer to the Refund policy for unused awards for details.

* Flight Awards are not awarded when using multiple seats for one person.

* The conditions for using Awards may be altered without notice.
