Write down your passport number and date of issuance and store the information

It is your responsibility to ensure that you have all the necessary travel documents to enter and/or
transit countries on your itinerary.

Insurance |
| Traveler’s insurance is an important way to protect you against unforeseen circumstances prior to your travel. Travel insurance also protects you in case of accident on the way to the airport. |

Airport safety inspections are currently being strengthened based on instructions from the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport and the United States FAA (Federal Aviation Administration). Air safety is the number one priority at the ANA Group, and we appreciate your understanding during the safety checks that you may encounter on international ANA, Air Nippon and Air Japan flights. |

For Passengers flying to Japan, South Korea, China, India, and the United States, ANA is required, at the time of disembarkation, to record information such as the date of birth, gender, nationality, etc. of customers. Your understanding and cooperation is truly appreciated. |

Prohibition of cabotage of 2 points within the U.S. |
Itineraries between U.S. mainland/Hawaii and Guam/Saipan via Japan (and vice versa) must contain one or more international section(s) operated by U.S. Carriers (*), as the itineraries are considered to infringe on prohibition of cabotage by U.S. regulation.
(*) U.S. carrier flights marketed by ANA are not included.

For a smooth connection between flights, you should have minimum allowable connecting times. Flights without adequate connection time cannot be booked.

Through Check-in from ANA Japan Domestic Flight to ANA International Flight
At all Japan domestic airports,except Kitakyushu and Iki airport, you can check-in through to ANA international flight and your baggage will be carried to the destination. Please complete your check-in 30 minutes prior to departure.
If multi-airport transit(e.g. Haneda-Narita or Itami-Kansai) is included in the itinerary,
baggage check-in is required at the departure airport of international flight.
* CLICK check-in is available for passengers transferring from a Japan domestic flight to an international flight.

Through check-in service is available at ANA check-in counter in Japan domestic airports.Self check-in machine is not available.

Through Check-in from ANA International Flight to ANA Japan Domestic flight
At each departure airport, you can check-in through to ANA Japan domestic flight, but you must pick up your baggage at an international flight arrival airport for customs clearance and check your baggage again.
Please note that through check-in service may not be offered at some airports.
Through Check-in from ANA International Flight to Other Airline International flight
Through check-in is offered when connecting from ANA international flight to partner airline flight on the same day. You will receive boarding pass for the partner airline flight at ANA counter.
Please note that through check-in service may not be offered at some airports outside of Japan. Through check-in service may not be offered in case system error in check-in system or airport restrictions.
