Waitlist Reservation Service｜Fares

At ANA SKY WEB, you can request to be placed on a waitlist. Find a flight from flight search and submit a request. If you conduct a search through seat availability and there are no available seats, you will be re-directed to flight search. If you are on the waitlist and a seat becomes available, an email notification will be sent.

ANA Mileage Club Members

For flights and cabin classes that are completely booked but eligible for wait listing are displayed with (X). Since this service is limited to one flight per sector, you cannot be wait listed on multiple flights. After selecting a flight, enter your information as usual and complete your reservation.

If you are on the waitlist and a seat becomes available, an email notification will be sent. If a seat does not become available by the applicable deadline, all of the flights including the ones with available seats will be canceled. The applicable deadline will be the earlier of the purchasing deadline of the particular cabin class or 14 days before the boarding date.

be on the waiting list for a maximum of
72 hours only for SUper Eco Value Fares.

After receiving the e-mail, confirm the summary of your reservation and purchase the ticket before the deadline from the URL link provided in the e-mail or by going to "Confirm Reservation" menu from ANA SKY WEB.
