*1 Persons who enter the lounge at the same time as the member and who also hold a boarding pass for a Star Alliance flight that is leaving on the same day as the member's flight. Persons who are not traveling on the same flight as the member may use the lounge if they meet the conditions above. For domestic flights, also available to persons boarding IBEX Airlines, AIR DO, Solaseed Air, Starflyer, and Oriental Air Bridge code-share flights with ANA flight numbers.
*2 Please present an ANA Card or an ANA Mileage Club card to the lounge attendant. Once the attendant has checked your mileage, 1,000 miles will be deducted from your account. (Members without enough miles or Upgrade Points may not use the lounge.
Lounges are available for use prior to flight departure.
Lounges cannot be used when boarding flights of airlines other than ANA or Star Alliance member airlines.
"ANA ARRIVAL LOUNGE" at Narita Airport Terminal 1 and Haneda Airport are available only when boarding ANA Group International flights.
Lounges are available only for members who have finished check‐in.
