Within 6 months of usage (registration must be received), please send the hotel receipt issued under the member's name and the "Retroactive Registration Form." As soon as your stay is confirmed as eligible to accrue miles, the miles will be accrued to your account.

Where membership of a hotel program is a condition, stays that predate program membership may not be eligible for mileage accumulation. Please check the conditions of individual programs.

* We cannot accept the credit card sales ship when you paid at hotel by credit card. * Only hotel issued receipts issued by hotel indicating the date and guest's name are accepted.
