When transferring to other flights

Contact the ANA Mileage Club Service Center and reserve the transfer flight.

* Transfers will be for flights within 30 days from the day following the reserved flight. However, it will remain valid if the validity of the flight ticket is longer.

* The SKiP Service can be used if there is no adjustment of the miles by a reservation change.

About the miles difference when the seasonality changes due to change of date Difference of miles will not be taken when the date is changed to a higher mileage season. However, members will not be able to use the SKiP Service. Difference of miles will be refunded when the date is changed to a lower mileage season. * Miles will be refunded based on the difference calculation method specified by ANA. * Difference miles will be refunded to the account for the month of redemption in accordance to the validity of the miles used to issue the Awards. * Miles expired at the time of refund procedures cannot be refunded.
