When miles are refunded by canceling flight ticketsContact the ANA Mileage Club Service Center within the refund period and apply for a refund. Applicable flight tickets Delayed or canceled reserved International Flight Awards issued by ANA on flights operated by the ANA Group. * Refunds for Flight Awards issued using miles from the mileage programs of other airlines depend on the rules of the relevant Partner program. Period for accepting refund requests Please inform us of items required for refunds within one year and 30 days from the start date of your trip (or from the date of issuance of your ticket, if you have not started your trip). Miles refunded Mileage refund fee is not charged. [Before beginning your trip] Consistent with the expiration dates of miles used when the Award was issued, all miles will be refunded to your account for the months from which they were subtracted. * Miles expired at the time of refund procedures cannot be refunded.
