Refund service for unused awards

Refund policy for unused awards

The redeemed mileage for an award can be refunded back to your account without being required to pay a mileage refund fee in miles only for an unused Star Alliance Upgrade Award. If you wish to have miles refunded, please contact the airline you planned to board before departure of the booked flight. Please note that the ANA Mileage Club Service Center and the ANA Mileage Club Star Alliance Upgrade Award Customer Service Center cannot provide mileage refunds.
