Reservation for bassinet and baby meal

	Reservation for Bassinet and Special Meal (Baby Meal, Child Meal)
-	We can arrange a bassinet and special meal (baby meal, child meal) for babies and children. Please contact Reservation and Information Center for details and reservation.
-	This service applies only to ANA-operating flights. For code sharing flights, please contact the operating airline.

Airport Service

Baby strollers are available for passengers with infants (both types A and B are available).
Strollers can be used as far as the boarding gate.

[Notes]

·	You will not be able to take your baby stroller into the cabin for international flights.
·	If you wish to use baby stroller, please let us know when you check in.
·	Please note that the number of stroller are limited. We cannot confirm in advance.
·	You can check your stroller in at the counter as checked baggage. Please check in with all accessories removed from your stroller.
·	Rental baby strollers are not available at some airports.

Inflight Security Service

1) Bassinets
	Bassinets are provided on all international aircraft. Please book the bassinet when you make your reservation.
	·	Size: 85cm x 45cm x 33cm weight: maximum 10kg
	·	Please note that the bassinet seat position and number are limited.
	You will be able to find a lavatory which is equipped with a tabletop for changing diapers.

2) Child seat

·	You may use your own child seat which is certified in Japan(MLIT), Europe(ECE R44), and US(FMVSS). Also, use of "CARES" is allowed from 01 March, 2013.
·	If you wish to use a child seat, please reserve a seat in advance and purchase child fare ticket.
·	Due to safety reasons, window seat is preferable. When you select aisle seat, one in the center block is preferable. We may ask you to change seat in case you select other seats recommended above. We appreciate your understanding.

"CARES"

※Use of "CARES" will be allowed from 01March,2013

■Please follow manufacturer's instruction at all times, and prepare suitable child seat for your child.
■Even if your child seat satisfies government standards, we may ask not to use when it cannot be fixed securely to the seat.

【About "CARES"】
(It can be used from 01 March, 2013.)

・	Harness type child seat had not been allowed to use in ANA operation flights, but use of "CARES" will be allowed from 01 March, 2013.
・	"CARES" is designed for children age 1 and older who weigh between 22 and 44 pounds (about 10 and 20kg) for aviation use.
・	It may not be suitable to use in First and Business class of international flights, and in Premium class of domestic flights as those seats are wider than the fixing belt of "CARES".

Unacceptable child seats

Booster, harness, and vest type child seat except "CARES"* cannot be used in ANA operation flights.
* Use of "CARES" will be allowed from 01March, 2013

3) Baby meals

Orders for baby meal may be requested together with your reservation. Click here for details regarding special in-flight meals.

4) Child meals

Orders for child meal may be requested together with your reservation.

-	Menu may differ according to route. Please ask upon reservation.
-	Please also note that some routes and aircraft may not be able to meet your request.

5) Powdered milk

Powdered milk is available on board. However, we recommend that you bring your own since there are limits in quantities and types. Our cabin crew will be happy to prepare it for you.

6) Paper diapers

Paper diapers (M size and L size) are available on board. However, as there are limits in quantities and types, we recommend that you have an adequate supply of diapers for your trip.

7) Toys

To help keeping children amused and entertained onboard we will offers toys.

8) Soft drinks

Beverages for children are available on the aircraft.
