The International Airport located in Chicago, Illinois, USA, features a total of eight runways including three pairs of parallel runways. This large airport is also a hub for both United Airlines and American Airlines.

Arrival: Flights operated by ANA will arrive from Terminal 5.

1 Immigration Please present your passport, embarkation/disembarkation card and customs declaration form.
Note: You are requested to submit the customs declaration form even if you have nothing to declare. Only one customs declaration form is required per family.
Note: The paper form I-94W(arrival/departure record) for authorized travelers from nations participating in the Visa Waiver Program(VWP), with an approved Electronic System for Travel Authorization(ESTA), has been eliminated.

Duty Free limits
Note: 200 cigarettes, 50 cigars (excluding from Cuba), or 3 pound (about 1,359g) of smoking tobacco. Both are only to consume it privacy.; up to 1 liter of alcoholic beverages. (Please note that the dutyfree allowance for tobacco and alcoholic beverages applies only to persons of 21 years or older.)

Departure: Flights operated by ANA will depart from Terminal 1.

1)Please make sure to pick up your baggage.
  • *All customers are required to pass through the immigration control and custom inspection checkpoints, even when the final destination is not in the U.S.
  • *Your check-in baggage must be picked up after completing immigration control.(Please make sure to pick up baggage even when the final destination is printed on the tag of your baggage.)

· The customer who arrives at terminal 1 and terminal 2 must advance directly toward the departure gate.
