TOKYO February 16, 2010 - ANA is renewing its First Class Lounge, ANA LOUNGE First, at Narita Airport and reopening as ANA SUITE LOUNGE on February 20.
ANA LOUNGE First is ANA’s highest grade lounge offered exclusively for customers on First Class and ANA Diamond Members. The renewed lounge (ANA SUITE LOUNGE), per customers’ requests, will provide more personal space for increased privacy and comfort.

ANA hopes that its customers take great pleasure in the luxury and comfort of our premium services, which have been updated and customized relative to their specific desires and requests. Our goal is to constantly keep pace with the changing expectations of our valued customers and to exceed those expectations.

Features of ANA SUITE LOUNGE
-Opening of Exclusive Personal Rooms
Adding to the present open area of sofas, we have created new elegant and modern personal rooms that provide private space and additional comfort for customers. Wide business desks, desktop personal computers, and both wired and wireless LAN services are available in each personal room to provide a high level of convenience for business passengers needing a workspace, along with high-quality leather-covered chairs and 32-inch personal TVs providing comfort and outstanding entertainment options.

-Increased Selection of Delicious Hot Meals
Adding to soba and udon noodle options in our noodle bar, we will start serving monthly donburi menus: delicious Japanese-style bowl meals. The first month will start with pork donburi and unagi (eel) donburi. Special doughnuts delivered from the popular doughnut shop “Neyn” will also be served until the end of April (Monday to Saturday).

-Along with the renewal, our present ANA LOUNGE First relaxation area, shower rooms and concierge service will continue to be available.
