[Checked Baggage Fees]

Please see here for details of the ANA/AJX free baggage allowance.  When exceeding the free baggage allowance, excess baggage fees may be charged.

[Pet Charges]

For the details of the acceptance of pets, please see here. The fee for pets that meet the requirements for transportation is 30,000 JPY (300USD) per cage each way.

[Ticketing Service Charge]

A Ticketing Service Charge is applicable to tickets purchased via the ANA telephone   reservation center or at airport ticketing counters in the U.S.

[Lost Ticket Refund Charge / Replacement Ticket Issuing Service Charge]

If you have lost your ticket, ANA may issue a replacement ticket or you may be required to purchase a new ticket to continue travel. The service charge for issuing a replacement ticket is 10,000 JPY (or its equivalent in the currency in which the ticket was issued). The refund charge for the lost ticket is 10,000 JPY (or its equivalent in the currency in which the ticket was issued). [Unaccompanied Minor (Children 5 - 11 years of age traveling alone)]

When passengers who are 5-11 years of age travel alone, the applicable fares are the same as adult fares; but there is no additional charge for ANA's services. Reservations for children traveling alone cannot be made online through ANA SKY WEB. Please contact the ANA customer service center for details.

[My Choice Service Charge]

"ANA My Choice" offers the following options;

[Airport Delivery Service (Sky Porter)]

“Sky Porter” offers delivery service for baggage between a selected place in Japan and your departure/arrival airport in Japan. For the details of this service, please see here .

[Rental Charge for Medical Oxygen Cylinder]

Rental medical oxygen cylinders are available with advance notice to passengers for a fee of 10,000 JPY per cylinder. Medical oxygen cylinders may be requested through the ANA customer service center.
