* For ANA Mileage Club members with a registered address in the U.S.

Bonus Accrual Period

End of April, 2011

Notes

1) Only ANA CARD U.S.A. Primary cardholder who registered for the campaign is eligible.
2) Only ANA CARD U.S.A. is eligible.
3) Must complete campaign registration.
4) Bonus mileage accrual is one time per one member during the campaign period.
5) Bonus miles will not be accrued if ANA CARD U.S.A. is cancelled.
6) The bonus miles will not be eligible for Premium points.
7) Retroactive accrual is not applicable.
8) Campaign registration is allowed one time, per person.
9) Bonus miles will only be given to the ANA CARD U.S.A. Primary cardholder.
10) Bonus miles can not be transferred to a third party, nor be exchanged for cash.
11) The primary ANA CARD U.S.A. applicant must be a ANA Mileage Club Member who resides in the U.S. and has a U.S. checking account.
