Reservations
Reservation must be made 14 days prior to departure.
The first international sector must be confirmed.
Ticket Purchase Tickets must be purchased 14 days prior to departure.
Travel Pattern Business Class and Economy Class Round the World travel
Open Jaw is permitted.
Open Jaw is permitted only for
a. Within USA/Caribbean
b. Within Europe (U.K. and cities listed in above List A)
c. Within Japan
(Open Jaw: itinerary with surface transportation)

Child Discount
Child Fare: 75% of applicable Adult fare
Infant Fare: 10% of applicable Adult fare
(The child fare applies when an infant under the age of 2 occupies a seat.)

Rerouting
Before Departure:
 
14 days or more prior to departure: Permitted at no charge
Within 13 days prior to departure: Permitted at a charge of USD100.00 (Child USD75.00 / Infant USD10.00)
After Departure:
First change is permitted at no charge. USD100.00 will apply to each additional change.
Change from Economy Class Round the World fare to Business Class Round the World fare is not permitted after the issuance of the tickets.
Stopovers The itinerary must include a minimum of two (2) stopovers. Only one (1) stopover is permitted in any one city.
Transfers
No more than one international departure or arrival is permitted in the USA and Japan.
- Only one transfer outbound or inbound is permitted within Japan to/from International gateway.
- No more than three (3) transfers permitted at any one city.
Routing
"Round-the-World" travel to ANA and Virgin Atlantic Airways' destinations.
 
Exception: bmi (British Midland Airways) is permitted for travel between London/Heathrow and cities shown in List A.
All flights in Japan must be on ANA.
Crossing once over the Pacific and once over the Atlantic, and returning to your point of departure is permitted. Only one journey between LON=JNB, HKG=SYD and JPN=China and South East Asia is permitted.
If Business class seats are not available on the applicable flight, Economy class may be used (Fare difference is not refundable).
Refunds
Before Departure: 10% penalty will apply.
After Departure: The amount refunded will be calculated by deducting the normal airfares of the portions flown from your "Round the World" Fare less 10% penalty.
- 10% penalty will apply to child/infant.
- In the event of death or illness of passenger or passengers' immediate family member, a full refund will be made only if substantiated by a valid death or medical certificate.
Additional Information NH and VS Premium Economy is available to passengers who have purchased an Economy class round the world fare ticket upon payment of USD300.00 per sector.

- "Round-the-world" travel to ANA and Virgin Atlantic Airways' destinations, flying once over the Pacific and once over the Atlantic, and returning to your point of departure.
- One (1) one-way/roundtrip Business or Economy class side trip to/from London/Heathrow on bmi services is permitted as add-on. The add-on charge will apply.
- Fare and schedule is subject to change without prior notice.
- Airport facility charge and/or airport tax may apply.
- Applicable Insurance Surcharge of USD3.20 will apply.
- Applicable Fuel surcharge will apply.
- Mileage accrual is based on applicable class of service (Business class: 125%, Economy class: 70%).
