ANA is offering a helicopter transfer service for First class passengers traveling round-trip on ANA transpacific flights from North America (U.S., Canada and Mexico) to Japan/Asia.
Helicopter Service Dates: October 2, 2009 – March 31, 2011
U.S. Departure Dates: October 1, 2009 – March 30, 2011
*This service is offered only on the date of arrival in Narita airport.
About the Service
*We will provide the "Narita Airline Connection Service" operated by the Mori Building City Air Service.
Passengers arriving at Narita airport will be taken to Narita Sakura Heliport by a limousine (approx. 15 min.) and then arrive to Akasaka ARK Hills Heliport (approx. 15 min.) by a complimentary helicopter transfer service.
*Limousine service operated by Manzaki Kotsu.
*Helicopter service (Narita Airline Connection Service) is provided by Mori Building City Air Service according to its flight schedule. Each helicopter ride will be shared with other passengers. (They are not chartered for each party.)
*Minimum connecting time from ANA operated flights is 30 minutes. Passengers may take an earlier helicopter ride depending on availability.
*Baggage allowance for helicopter transfer is one suitcase per person.
Passengers traveling round-trip on ANA flights from North America (U.S., Canada and Mexico) to Japan/Asia are eligible to participate in this campaign.
1) Eligible Fares: First class normal adult fare
*Booking Class: F & A
*Normal Business class and Biz Value adult fare passenger accompanying with First Class passenger is also eligible. (Booking class: C, Z, J and D)
*Tickets must be purchased and issued in North America.
*AMC Award tickets, other non-revenue tickets and Star Alliance Round the World fare tickets are not eligible.
2) Only AMC members are eligible to participate in this campaign.
3) Service available only on the date of arrival to Narita airport on ANA transpacific flights (NH1/5/7/9/11).

Routes: ANA transpacific flights from the U.S. to Japan and other Asian destinations. (All itinerary must include a IAD/JFK/ORD/LAX/SFO = NRT flight.)
*ANA operated flights with ANA flight numbers. (Codeshare flights are not eligible.)

3. Head toward the Meeting Counter upon arrival
Please head towards the Meeting Counter at Narita airport upon arrival. The driver will meet you and take you to your limousine.The limousine service can provide transportations for certain areas near the ARK Hills Heliport/Akasaka. The company providing helicopter service enforces baggage allowance/weight limitations to ensure passenger safety.
Passengers must provide information about their weight at the time of reservation.
Weight of baggage will be checked and confirmed by the helicopter service company upon arrival at Narita airport.
[Weight Limitation] 200kg (440LB) for two-seat helicopter, 400kg (880LB) for four-seat helicopter.
[Baggage Allowance] One piece of baggage within 32kg (70LB) and total dimension (length + width + height) of 158cm (62 inches)
Passengers cannot make reservations for only the helicopter ride. (The limousine and helicopter ride come together.)
In the event of misconnections (to the helicopter) due to ANA transpacific flight delays or irregularities caused by ANA, alternate transportation by limousine will be provided.
Passengers may not able to make reservations for this service if it is fully booked.
The operation of the helicopter service is subject to weather conditions. In the event of cancellation of helicopter service due to weather conditions or other causes, alternate transportation by limousine will be provided.

ANA will cover the helicopter service fee (including fees for tolls) for flights between the airport and assigned location to abide by the stipulation of Mori Building City Air Service.
