- Fares eligible through the ANA SKY WEB(North American site), should
be purchased within 24 hours after reservation, 14 days prior to departure or ticketing
limit, whichever comes first.
- The airfare you selected upon making reservations is not guaranteed until the ticket is issued.
- Regarding reservations for flights boarding in less than 14 days, the appropriate purchasing period (maximum of 12 hours) will be applied according to the fare and delivery method.
- Waitlist reservation will be held until 14 days prior to departure or ticketing
limit, whichever comes first.
*Departure date from April 1, 2009, passengers can be on the waiting list for a maximum of 72 hours only for SUper Eco Value Fares. |

Reservations and purchases can be made 355 days prior to departure date up until 23:59 (Pacific Time) for one day before departure. The time limit for reservations
and purchases varies on the fare/ ticket
delivery.
The deadline of the fares with time limitations must be purchased up until 24:00 (Pacific Time) on the final day. |

The reservation made on ANA SKY WEB(North American site) should be ticketed on ANA SKY WEB (North American site). |

We accept credit cards with a U.S., Canada, and Japan billing address only.
The passenger name and credit card (last name) should be matched.
* American Express cards with registered addresses in Japan will not be accepted. |

New reservations and purchases for maximum of 4 seats and up to 8 sectors for International route itineraries of ANA North America/Canada departure with Japan arrival and ANA Japan domestic routes that connect with these flights, and beyond Japan ANA International routes are available. Flights operated by other airlines connecting within North America and Canada can be reserved and purchased along with an ANA flight. For reserving or purchasing an itinerary with Japan domestic flights only, please go to "Japan Domestic Flights" of the homepage. Fares that may be reserved and purchased are Normal fares/Biz Fare/Eco Value Fare for international flight from North America and Normal fares/Premium Class Fare for Japan Domestic flight. (There are some exceptions.) |

One adult may accompany one infant occupying no seat.
<Regarding Infant and Child >
For itinerary with International and Japan domestic flights:
An infant and child are defined as 0 to 1 year old and 2 to 11 years old at the time of departure of the first International flight, respectively.
For itinerary with Japan domestic flights only:
An infant and child are defined as 0 to 2 years old and 3 to 11 years old at the time of departure of the first Japan domestic flight, respectively.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept online reservations for a two-year old child who do not require a seat. Please advise the airport staff on the date of departure or contact the ANA Customer Service Center and inform that you will be traveling with a two-year old child.

Flight schedule/aircraft type are subject to change. Flights you request
may be canceled due to unavoidable reasons. Reservations for flight operated by other
carrier are permitted on ANA SKY WEB(North American site) but will follow the rules
of the operating carrier. |

Passengers must arrange their hotel accommodation at their own expense if their itinerary requires an overnight stay at a connecting city. |

If you check seat availability or try to make reservations from the North American ANA homepage by clicking “Check Fares/Reservations” for flights departing from certain east coast cities to China, such as Boston-Shanghai flights, your itinerary may not be displayed due to technical difficulties. In such cases, please click “For One-way/Multicity” and retry your search. |
