Notes on Using Internet Services (For Booking)

If you select an itinerary originating either from the U.S. or Mexico, payment will be in U.S. dollars; for an itinerary originating from Canada, payment will be in Canadian dollars.
For fares eligible through the ANA SKY WEB(North American site), they should be purchased by 11:59PM (Pacific Time (North America)) on the same day the reservation is made. - The airfare you selected upon making reservations is not guaranteed until the ticket is issued.
- Due to the current system function, the lowest fare amount booked through this website may differ from that of which is booked through the customer service (reservation) center.

[ For AMC-members ]
- Regarding reservations for flights boarding in less than 14 days, the appropriate purchasing period (maximum of 12 hours or by 11:59PM (Pacific Time (North America)) on the same day the reservation is made, whichever comes first.) will be applied according to the fare and delivery method.
- Waitlisted reservations will be held until 14 days prior to departure or until the ticketing time limit, whichever comes first.
[ For non-members ]
- Regarding reservations for flights boarding in less than 14 days, the appropriate purchasing period (maximum of 3 hours) will be applied according to the fare and delivery method.
- Waitlisted reservation can be accepted for AMC member only.
Reservations and purchases can be made 355 days prior to departure date up until 6 hours prior to departure time or 23:59 one day prior to departure, whichever comes first. The time limit for reservations and purchases varies on the fare. The deadline of the fares with time limitations must be purchased up until 24:00 Pacific Time(North America) on the final day.
Reservations for flights operated by ANA Group and partner airlines will only be accepted.
Please read the Fare Terms & Conditions as the route/sector you wish to fly differ based on fare type.
The reservation made on ANA SKY WEB(North American site) should be ticketed on ANA SKY WEB (North American site).
For ticket purchase, please give us your email address and have an applicable credit card or debit card ready.
Accepted cards are as explained below. There are no restrictions on the card's issuing country.

We accept VISA, VISA debit, VISA delta, VISA electron, MasterCard, MasterCard debit, American Express and JCB.

Only VISA, VISA debit, VISA delta, VISA electron, MasterCard, MasterCard debit may be used to purchase a reservation with a credit card which does not belong to (one of) the passenger(s) him/herself.

Q&A Regarding Settlement (Payment)
For ticket purchase, please give us your email address and have an applicable credit card or debit card ready.
Applicable cards are VISA, VISA debit, VISA delta, VISA electron, MasterCard, MasterCard debit, American Express and JCB. Only VISA, VISA debit, VISA delta, VISA electron, MasterCard or MasterCard debit may be used to purchase a reservation with a card which does not belong to (one of) the passenger(s) him/herself.
If you use VISA or MasterCard for payment, you may be charged a Foreign Exchange/Cross Border fee. For details, please contact your card issuer.
Please also be advised in advance that this Foreign Exchange/Cross Border fee will be excluded in the case of a refund.
Q&A Regarding Settlement (Payment)
Flights operated by other airlines connecting within North America and Canada can be reserved and purchased along with an ANA flight. For reserving or purchasing an itinerary with Japan domestic flights only, please go to "Japan Domestic Flights" from the homepage.
Conditions of Carriage (domestic) will apply for passengers who purchase Japan domestic flights without international connecting flights. Conditions of Carriage (international) will apply if Japan domestic flights are purchased with international connecting flights.

Information regarding ticket refunds.

Please request cancellation/refund prior to boarding.
Cancellation fees will apply for tickets that are refunded.
Please note that when refund is done through the Internet, we will refund in U.S. Dollars for itineraries originating from U.S. or Mexico, and in Canadian dollars for itineraries originating from Canada back to the card used to make the ticket purchase.
*Fully unused flight coupons can be refunded on ANA SKY WEB (available until 23:59 on the day before departure date of the country where travel will commence.)
*In regards to refund for totally unused tickets, it is possible to cancel and refund on your own until one day prior to the departure date of the country where travel will commence.
Furthermore, in the case you would like to request a refund for totally unused tickets on/after the first travel date, please contact ANA International Flight Reservation and Information Center within one year and 30 days from the date of issue (time is based on the country where travel has commenced).

*In regards to refund for partially used tickets, please contact ANA International Flight Reservation and Information Center within one year and 30 days from the departure date (time is based on the country where travel has commenced).

<When Conditions of Carriage (domestic) apply>
Please request cancellation/refund prior to boarding. Fully unused flight coupons can be refunded on ANA SKY WEB (available until 23:59 on the day before departure date of the country where travel will commence.) Furthermore, please refer to Conditions of Carriage (domestic), as certain handlings may differ with Conditions of Carriage (international).
There will be an additional fuel surcharge (amount varies by sector) for each fare.
For the fare amount displayed, the breakdown may differ depending on the screen. Please check the following.

The amount displayed will includes fuel surcharge and insurance surcharge. Please note that other applicable taxes/fees are not included.
(Other than the screen above) The amount displayed will include fuel surcharge, insurance charge, and other applicable taxes/fees.
Please request cancellation/refund prior to boarding. cancellation fee based on the fare regulations will be charged. Refund fee will be calculated using exchange rate at the time of refund.
One fare paying passenger can accompany one infant who does not require a seat.
<Definition of child / infant>
For itinerary with International and Japan domestic flights:
An infant and a child are defined as 0 to 1 year old and 2 to 11 years old at the time of departure of the first International flight, respectively.
For itinerary with Japan domestic flights only:
An infant and a child are defined as 0 to 2 years old and 3 to 11 years old at the time of departure of the first Japan domestic flight, respectively.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept online reservations for a two-year old child who does not require a seat.
Please advise the airport staff on the day of departure or contact the ANA and inform that you will be traveling with a two-year old child.
Following conditions may not apply online. Please contact ANA.
- Reservations for ticket holder
- Itinerary changes after reservation.
- Waitlist for non-members
- Reservations for infants occupying seats
- Reservations for customers accompanying 2 or more infants
-Traveling with a two-year old child who do not need a seat on an itinerary with Japan domestic flights only.
- Reservations for children of age 5 through 11 traveling alone
High security SSL is set for situations where personal information is requested.
Special arrangements are required for the following customers. Please contact ANA Customer Service Center when making reservation.
- Expectant mother( childbirth expected within 28 days)
- Customers who are traveling with powered wheelchairs.
- Customers with vision and hearing impairments.
- Customers who are injured or ill and need medical assistance on board.
- Customers who wish to have a special meal for health or religion reasons.
Note: Request for baby meal, child meal, vegetarian meal and special assistance at airport may be arranged on ANA SKY WEB(North American site).
Flight schedule/aircraft type are subject to change. Flights you request may be cancelled due to unavoidable reasons.
Reservations for flight operated by other carrier are permitted on ANA SKY WEB but will follow the rules of the operating carrier.
In case other airline has their own ticket purchasing time limit, or customers having a duplicate reservations, and/or name change after making the reservation is restricted, there might be a case that your reservation will be cancelled.
Passengers must arrange their hotel accommodation at their own expense if their itinerary requires an overnight stay at a connecting city.
