[ Requirement for the credit card check at the airport ] You will be asked to present your credit card or debit card that you used to purchase your ticket(s) at the time of airport check-in.
For ticket purchase, please give us your email address and have an applicable credit card or debit card ready.
Accepted cards are as explained below. There are no restrictions on the card's issuing country.
(For passengers holding an itinerary departing from the U.S. or Mexico)
We accept VISA, VISA debit, VISA delta, VISA electron, MasterCard, MasterCard debit, American Express, JCB and Discover.
* In order to use MasterCard/MasterCard Debit on ANA's North America website, the card must be eligible for MasterCard Secure Code(program to enhance security).
(For passengers holding an itinerary departing from Canada)
We accept VISA, VISA debit, VISA delta, VISA electron, MasterCard, MasterCard debit, American Express and JCB.

Only VISA, VISA debit, VISA delta, VISA electron, MasterCard, MasterCard debit may be used to purchase a reservation with a credit card which does not belong to (one of) the passenger(s) him/herself.
* In order to use MasterCard/MasterCard Debit on ANA's North America website, the card must be eligible for MasterCard Secure Code(program to enhance security).
Q&A Regarding Settlement (Payment)
If you use VISA or MasterCard for payment, you may be charged a Foreign Exchange/Cross Border fee. For details, please contact your card issuer.
Please also be advised in advance that this Foreign Exchange/Cross Border fee will be excluded in the case of a refund.
Q&A Regarding Settlement (Payment)
Conditions of Carriage (domestic) will apply for passengers who purchase Japan domestic flights without international connecting flights. Conditions of Carriage (international) will apply if Japan domestic flights are purchased with international connecting flights.

Information regarding ticket refunds.

Please request cancellation/refund prior to boarding.
Cancellation fees will apply for tickets that are refunded.
Please note that when refund is done through the Internet, we will refund in U.S. Dollars for itineraries originating from U.S. or Mexico, and in Canadian dollars for itineraries originating from Canada back to the card used to make the ticket purchase.
*Fully unused flight coupons can be refunded on ANA SKY WEB (available until 23:59 on the day before departure date of the country where travel will commence.)
*In regards to refund for totally unused tickets, it is possible to cancel and refund on your own until one day prior to the departure date of the country where travel will commence.
Furthermore, in the case you would like to request a refund for totally unused tickets on/after the first travel date, please contact ANA Customer Service Center within one year and 30 days from the date of issue (time is based on the country where travel has commenced).

*In regards to refund for partially used tickets, please contact ANA Customer Service Center within one year and 30 days from the departure date (time is based on the country where travel has commenced).

Please request cancellation/refund prior to boarding. Fully unused flight coupons can be refunded on ANA SKY WEB (available until 23:59 on the day before departure date of the country where travel will commence.) Furthermore, please refer to Conditions of Carriage (domestic), as certain handlings may differ with Conditions of Carriage (international).
