| ANA Mileage Club members who register for the campaign and board an eligible
ANA flight with a ticket that was reserved, purchased and issued through our
North American website, www.fly-ana.com, during the campaign period. |

Mileage must be accrued to an ANA Mileage Club account. |

You must enter your ANA Mileage Club number at the time of purchasing
and issuance of ticket and boarding (Retroactive mileage accrual is not permitted). |
