Effective from December 1st, 2010, when you use an ANA operated flight departing from an EU Member country, ANA can retain your emergency contact information in case of accidents in accordance with EU regulations.
If you wish to register your emergency contact information, please print out the form from the following and the completed form will be collected from you at the departure gate.
Any information supplied is protected under applicable data protection laws and will not be used for other commercial purposes.
