e-Ticket User information for e-Ticket
How to use
(1) Please select “Smart-e Ticket” at time of purchase.
Internet  Please select &8220;smart-e ticket” at &8220;reservation and purchase” section on ana sky web page. By phone  You can purchase at travel agencies, that offer Smart-e tickets, or call the ANA International Reservation and Information Center. Please ask for “Smart-e Ticket.”
(2) Please receive a Itinerary receipt.
e-mail  Very convenient for customers who have an e-mail address. Just print out an ltinerary receipt from the attached PDF file sent to you by email following your payment and bring it with you on your boarding date. By postal mail Please bring your Itinerary receipt sent to you by postal mail, with you on your boarding date.
Please bring ltinerary receipt and passport with you on your boarding gate."Online Check-in" is also recommended as a quick and easy way to complete your check-in procedure.

  • Application deadline may change,when you make a reservation/purchase other than through the Internet.

• If you change to a flight which cannot use an e-ticket, we will issue you a paper ticket in exchange.

• A set fee will be charged for changes and cancellations made after an application has been confirmed. A transfer fee may also be charged depending on the payment method.
