Airport Summary
This airport is the largest airport in the Chinese southwest district and makes it possible to travel to the World Heritage sites of Jiuzhaigou, Huanglong and Sichuan in the stages of Romance of the Three Kingdoms. The Chengdu Shuangliu International Airport is located near the central portion of the city about 17 kilometers to the southwest.

Per-customer duty-free allowances are as follows

. Over six months of stay : 600 cigarettes; 4 bottles of liquor (750 cc or less per bottle)
Perfume is duty free for quantities not exceeding personal use.
