Customers arriving at Haneda Airport(as final destination).

	*All customers arriving from Southeast Asia must submit a health questionnaire.

	Customers will be required to present their passport and immigration cards. *Japanese citizens do not require the immigration card.

	Customers with goods to declare must turn in their Customs Declaration forms here.

Duty Free Allowance * Per-customer duty-free allowances are as follows: 200 cigarettes (or 50 cigars or 250 grams of tobacco); 3 bottles of liquor (approx. 760cc per bottle); 2 ounces of perfume (approx. 56cc) excluding cologne and eau de toilette.

Transit from international flights to Domestic flights

•	For passengers connecting to ANA domestic flights (except for the flight to KITAKYUSHU) at Haneda Airport, please check-in your baggage at "Connecting counter"* on 2nd floor of International Terminal after completing all arrival procedures.

•	Please take "free shuttle bus" to Domestic Terminal from Bus Stop No.0 on 1st floor of International terminal.

•	In Domestic Terminal, please proceed to the nearest Security checkpoint to Departure gate.

*	This service is available only for passengers connecting to domestic flights departing from Haneda Airport Terminal2.
*	Available only during the operating period of arrival flight of ANA.
*	Baggage check-in is available until 45 minutes prior to departure time of Domestic flights. In Domestic Terminal 2 , it is available until 15 minutes prior to departure time.
*	This service is available only for passengers who have already a boarding pass of the next domestic flight and the baggage has tag attached with next flight.

*	"Dedicated bus" service for the departure gate (restricted area) of Domestic Terminal 2 has suspended on/after November 1st, 2012 due to construction of the expansion Haneda Airport International Terminal.

•	For passengers connecting to ANA flight to KITAKYUSHU or the other carrier's flights, please proceed to Domestic Terminal* directly by the free shuttle bus.

*	Domestic Terminals differ according to airline.

Terminal 1:JAL,JTA,SKY,SFJ(to KITAKYUSHU)
Terminal 2:ADO,SNA,SFJ(to KANSAI)

Transit from Domestic flights to International flights

•	For passengers connecting to ANA international flights and already have boarding pass and checked-in your baggage through to International flight, please proceed to International Terminal directly by "free shuttle bus"* from Bus Stop No.9 on 1st floor of Domestic terminal 2.

Transit from International flights to International flights

•	For passengers who have already checked-in connecting flight, please proceed to departure gate on 3rd floor after pass through the security checkpoint next of connecting counter on 2nd floor of International Terminal.

•	For passengers who have not checked-in connecting flight, please proceed to departure gate on 3rd floor after completing check in at the connecting counter on 2nd floor.
