| International Fuel Surcharge / Insurance Surcharge Information |

Responding to the high price of crude oil and kerosene, as well as the increased cost of insurance coverage and airport security, All Nippon Airways Group airlines may apply a fuel and insurance surcharges to our customers as follows.
Please be advised that the amount of the fuel surcharge may change based on average price of Singapore kerosene.
Fuel Surcharge and the Insurance Surcharge listed below are those applicable to ANA international flights to/from Japan. |

- For transportation via ANA transpacific and intra-Asia connecting services, the following surcharges apply (per passenger, each way)
Itineraries between North America (excluding Hawaii) and Asia: USD 111
Itineraries between Hawaii and Asia: USD 64

Applicable Condition for the Surcharges |
| 1) |
The fuel surcharge shall apply evenly to all passengers, and the same amounts apply to adults, children and infants. The fuel surcharge shall apply on AMC award tickets as well. This surcharge does not apply to infants under two years old who do not occupy seats. |
| 2) |
When an unused portion of the ticket is presented for refund, the surcharges for such sectors will be refunded in full. |
| 3) |
Amount may change without advance notice subject to government approval of related countries. |
| 4) |
The handling procedures for an amendments to Fuel Surcharge occurring after a ticket issuance and before the date of departure are as follows. |

When a ticket is not changed (*),
no adjustment of Fuel Surcharge will be made. |
| - |
When the first international sector of the wholly unused ticket is changed (*),
difference between the Fuel Surcharge applicable to the original ticket and the revised Fuel Surcharge will be adjusted. |

When the sectors other than the first international sector of a ticket are changed(*), no adjustment of the Fuel Surcharge will be made. |

Change means changes in itinerary, departure date with the same flight number, flight number with the same itinerary, and booking of a flight on the open dated tickets. |

Example: For the first international sector
- Departure date change from March 25 to April 5 for NH915 Tokyo-Bangkok.
- Flight number change from NH915 to NH953 Tokyo-Bangkok on the same day.
- Making reservation of NH915 Tokyo- Bangkok on April 5 for open dated ticket. |
