Introduction of Exchange/Reissue Service Charge within Japan Thank you for flying ANA. Effective April 1, 2009, ANA will introduce an Exchange/Reissue Service Charge for changes requested within Japan as follows. ♦ Exchange/Reissue Service Charge(ESC) :   Collected at ANA International Reservations and ANA City Office/Airport Counters within Japan on/after April 1, 2009 for changes to international tickets that involve difference in fare and/or taxes/fees/charges or change in routing.   Amount Change Requested at: Amount ANA International Reservations within Japan JPY2,100 (tax included) ANA City/Airport Office Counters within Japan <*> Tickets cannot be exchanged/reissued via ANA’s Homepage.   Not Applicable to: - ANA International Flight Award Tickets and Partner Flight Award Tickets. - Infants under the age of two not occupying a seat. - Date changes that do not involve difference in fare and/or taxes/fees/charges. - Changes of tickets that contain fare restrictions requiring a higher change fee or penalty. - Involuntary changes   Applicable to: - Tickets irrespective of place of original issue or sales channel (e.g. tickets originally issued outside Japan, tickets originally issued at other carriers or travel agents, tickets originally issued via ANA Homepage). - Tickets purchased outside Japan for transportation wholly within Japan - Child fares at the same rate as adult fares. - Separate tickets together when such separate tickets were issued for a continuous itinerary and reservation is changed and ticket exchange/reissued at ANA at the same time.   For details, please click here.
